      Good office location next close to Townhall

      Cons

      Management doesn't care No work/life balance Heavy workload Below market pay This company is acquired by an Irish company CRH which is famous for restructuring, so expect a lot of shakeups in the coming years. Not a good company to join for the foreseeable future. All the good employees are leaving or have left by now.

      Pros

      Exposure to difficult situations and self development. If you like swimming through treacle, this is the right place to be.

      Cons

      Pay monthly. Uncompetitive salary, some dismal pay increases through the years. Incomplete and out of date systems. Revolving door of employees. Senior and executive management are not accountable to poor performance.
