I have been working at Addison Lee full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Addison Lee is a fantastic company to work for with many hard working a dedicated employees who enjoy the environment that they work in. Progression both to grow internally and externally is offered across the business by our fantastic training department - there are always people on hand to help and assist where possible. Free fruit, cereal, tea and coffee offered. Everyone works hard to do their best and to create a positive environment at Addison Lee. The company is fantastic and does all it can for their employees, offering a monthly bonus which is half attendance based and half performance based.

    Cons

Constantly changing in order to grow.

I worked at Addison Lee full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Friendly team members Free fruit and coffee

    Cons

Payroll always makes errors, never been paid correct overtime and I’m still owed for Christmas Day, New Year’s Day and annual leave that I was forced not to take so payroll doesn’t “over pay me”. Disgusting attitude towards employees, only focussed on customer satisfaction.

I worked at Addison Lee part-time for less than a year

    Pros

none Management BULLIES a disgrace should be very ashamed

    Cons

Awful managers who bully staff. Terrible ethics. Disgusting company shoul dbe ashamed of themselves but they are not. Ho can you go home from work with your head held high and be proud to have bullied someone, make staff feel depressed and cry at work, how can you do this. With COVID 19 rife it is time for you all to reflect on how hideous you have been to people - some of whom went on to work for the NHS, the ones you now think o f heroes. Treat people with respect.
