    Pros

Addison Lee is a fantastic company to work for with many hard working a dedicated employees who enjoy the environment that they work in. Progression both to grow internally and externally is offered across the business by our fantastic training department - there are always people on hand to help and assist where possible. Free fruit, cereal, tea and coffee offered. Everyone works hard to do their best and to create... a positive environment at Addison Lee. The company is fantastic and does all it can for their employees, offering a monthly bonus which is half attendance based and half performance based.

I worked at Addison Lee full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Flexible working. Fantastic new office space. Strong core business model.

    Cons

Little investment in staff training. Very bad atmosphere - most of the staff seem miserable. Too many layers of management. It feels like every department is pulling in a different direction and they don't talk to each at all in some cases.

    Advice to Management

It must be difficult managing priorities with a sale hanging over your heads but in certain departments the quality needed, in personnel and resources, to improve the business is just not present. ALG is still stuck in 1995 in terms of processes, management, and technology. Stop telling new hires they could get a bonus when you know it's not going to happen due to the business' performance. Ship out the dead... wood.

I have been working at Addison Lee full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Much better working space now that the offices have moved. Enough work that there’s never a dull moment.

    Cons

Chaotic working environment in an under resourced and under valued team. Very difficult to make progress on day to day matters due to failure of senior stakeholders to commit and agree on required actions.

    Advice to Management

Reward those that perform and get rid of those who don’t.

    Pros

Great family environment, good people to work with, good benefits (this is all before carlyle took over)

    Cons

since the takeover pretty much everything has gone downhill, the company took on too many people in high paid positions who just dont know the industry. Whenever redundancies are in offer everyone is hoping its them that are chosen to leave, toxic place to work im afraid

    Advice to Management

stop getting rid of people who helped build up the company with all their experience
