Company seems to be profitable and successful with business areas in Europe and US. It is a growing company, and as it develops, positive changes are also coming in. Local mgmt. feels stronger than before. New GMs are there and also HR head is appointed, which is a big improvement. Lot of employees have joined this year. I think all centers are almost full capacity. Site operations needs to focus and also develop accordingly. As someone pointed out - good change regarding leave policy - 30 days is very nice, indeed! Also move to paysquare is better than manual system which was earlier.

Hikes are closely linked to individual performance and contributions. Good salary to top performers, but lower than average salary to average or bottom performers. Free Evening snacks everyday and breakfast on Fridays is provided by the company. Good variety but dependent on location. Not always great in all locations as dependency on vendor. Short-term onsite opportunities are there plentifully. Long-term are few. Parent group (technia) is making lot of strategic acquisitions in Euroepe and wins many awards from Dassualt System - gives a good feeling of stability and long-term.
