      Great communication between staff and management Always encouraged to share ideas and feedback - negative or positive Working and watching great events over North America Travel benefits Great and easy use of software provided (Computer also provided) Fantastic team environment - You really feel like you're part of a continually evolving and growing company

      -Wish there were more venues in Calgary so there would be more music opportunities to attend/work. -No other cons, have loved working for such a great company
