This company will push and push until you have nothing less. They force weekend shifts upon you and guilt trip and threaten you with your job when you under perform even by the slightest, although they increase targets almost every month. Bullying by the management of the SME vertical is 100% a common occurance and there is a massive sense of false positivity. Also, my contracted hours are 8:45 until 17:30 but it is compulsory that we start at 8:15 and we are normally kept until around 18:00 with no additional pay.
