      Good start pay with no experience

      Cons

      Benefits are nonexistent. 5 days a year for sick, personal and vacation. YES total of 5 days for all 3. If you do call out sick more then 1 day, you need a doctors note that the insurance doesn't cover the doctor's visit. Most of the worst workers get promoted because they're friends and hang out with the managers out of work.

      Pros

      Relatively low stress job as long as you don't mind working from 8pm to 4:30am, some really nice staff, generally extra down time when there are not too many scheduled cleanings

      Cons

      terrible management, no leadership, authoritative, dictatorial, favoritism, nepotism, low trust culture. I would not recommend anything. All my suggestions have fallen on def ears. I am biding my time while I look for another job. Do not work here.
