Pros

Highly experienced team members who excel at solving tough challenges. Excellent culture for a large, geographically diverse arrangement. In an extremely demanding industry, the company goes to great lengths to make a difference in the life of those who work there.

Cons

Don't get to see all coworkers very often due to number of offices and remote workers. During busy times, long hours and late nights are frequent (but very common in the industry).

Pros

They treat you like a real person. They do a good job of trying to keep you on projects. The managers are great and do care about you as a person.

Cons

Its doc review-pay and advancement are virtually nonexistent. You can get stuck on the merry go round and not get off for awhile.
