Pros

There really aren't many pros working for APM. All employee perks such as 401k matches, anniversary gifts, and company parties have been removed to save money. I truly don't know how long the company will remain in business.

Cons

Significant position eliminations 3 years in a row. The doctors who run the company don't value managers and eliminated layers of leadership to save money and have set the remaining managers and staff up for failure. Voluntary turnover is extremely high, especially in the clinic and HR. You are expected to work yourself past your breaking point with no appreciation.

Pros

Health care can be profitable, there are some very good professionals working there, but will the smart ones leave at an alarming rate. In some instances they can pay well.

Cons

CEO is terrible and out of touch, should have been removed years ago. People leaving constantly, managers, directors, 30 DAY notice required or they will not pay vacation, no 401k match. People being hired during the process, accounting cutting cost again, meaning they want you to cut the person just hired. No direction, no communication, professionals in their field make recommendations, but no one is listening. You can not make this stuff up, it is so embarrassing and disappointing. Forget about promotion, pay raises that match rising cost of living. They seem to pay retention plans, but be careful of the contracts, or they will demand repayment. These desperate actions seem to end before a year and a half.

Pros

Co-workers! Nothing more to say.

Cons

High turnover, no appreciation, want more of each employee than feasible, overworked, low pay, no quarterly or yearly update on the company
