      Pros

      Run, run, run, run, run.

      Cons

      Low pay, insane hours, short breaks, benefits are terrible, they micromanage like nothing I have ever seen. PLEASE do not take the job, low pay AND how you're treated is not worth it. There are better remote jobs elsewhere with higher pay and actual benefits that won't make you feel inadequate 24/7.

      Pros

      The thing I remember most as a member of leadership was that any other leader was willing to work together to solve problems. Digitization and productivity were important, and everyone was expected to pull their weight. I enjoyed my time there.

      Cons

      The shift to work at home environment was not for me. Too much focus on DEI programs and other noise that didnt help me in my role.
