Pros
2 Friendly people other than that no other positives. Staff is told that people that they put to work in staffing are scum and offer the lowest rate they can. Half the staff sleeps during the day (a joke)
Cons
No direction from management, older staffing firm not willing to invest with modern technology. Majority of the staff has been there for years and need to be put out to pasture. Do yourself a favor and add many years to your life and go work somewhere else. many poorly managed - no management to speak of. Management by fear, very selfish group that there is no team environment. Certain that most of the group is on medication. If you Italian none of the above applies.

No quota or real managers breathing down your neck.
Cons
Just about everything you can think of. Including the "pro". It creates an atmosphere where its ok to be lazy. Including using a Covid for self gain while laying off people who worked there for over 5 years.
