I can’t recommend working here. The company’s PTO was inconsistently applied. I was asked to make up time while I was working and later discovered on my final paycheck that paid time off had been handled differently than I was told. Management also engaged in retaliatory behavior toward employees who raised concerns, which resulted in people being terminated. The overall culture is rooted in fear and shame: asking for help usually led to your question being parroted back at you instead of receiving support, and speaking up often led to negative consequences. If you value psychological safety and transparent policies, this is not the right fit.
