I worked at Adviso for close to three years and overall had a great experience. - Working with smart, driven people and lots of diverse clients - Lots of training and learning sharing among the media team - Opportunity for growth - Great social events - People who genuinely love their job and have long tenure - Company really cares about it’s employees. I was lucky to have great managers and teams throughout my time here.
Cons
- At times, the workload could be intense, but this is true of any agency. - There are a lot of people who’ve been here for a very long time and it can be a bit cliquey at times. - Salaries could be a bit low.
