Pros

- Great Product - Excellent Mid-level Management(Service and support managed by the best!) - Room for Advancement

Cons

- Constantly changing product with static training artifacts. - Communication disconnect between Engineering/Support/Sales departments that requires additional effort when looking for information that involves - different departments. - "Competitive Pay" for employees - More words than actions when speaking with upper level management. - Legacy technology continually supported past end of life in older products.

Pros

Neat new tech Company perks are really good Techs are professional, and opportunities will be huge in the future

Cons

As unanonymous as this will be, I was jipped. I waited for 2 weeks, worked as a robot guy for a week, then was let go without explanation. My resume and history are now tarnished with a week long position with nothing to explain. No judge, or jury, only executioner. If there were issues with management, customers, or other techs, it wasn't voiced, only, we don't think you fit. Walked around a robot for 7+ hrs, and I have gout, and bad feet, so they hurt after 4 straight days. Was told not to come in because I didn't fit the position. No training in the tech, no trial period to see how I'd do, nope, one week, and done. I'd understand if they found a great person to for it, I'd get it if their was complaints, or I was never on time, or unprofessional, but I was there before needed time, every day, and walking in hurt feet. I pleaded for explanation, or consideration to stay, but got nothing. I get PA is a right to work state and you can remove me, or I can leave, but a week is harsh by any standard. You look at someone's background and take them in, you got them, the employment contract is a two way street, or at least it used to be.

Pros

Culture and community where great. The people that work there are fantastic individuals and are what make Aethon great. Its a very interesting industry and will teach a good amount of marketable skills that can used to obtain other jobs.

Cons

Low Pay for the the work load. Answering phone calls and fixing product remotely. Both of these are done simultaneously. Schedule was a 4 days on 2 days off. So 6 day week that would shift days worked by 1 day ever new week.Makes it very difficult to commit to other activities.
