Have had limited progression in terms of salary and promotion. As it is an agency salaries are lower than larger companies and this has gradually become more of an issue as even though I have had positive appraisals from managers, this hasn't been realised in significant pay rises or promotion

Strong and clear progression pathways, flexible working policy is competitive and rare for an agency of Agent3’s size, respectful client relationships make working enjoyable, work life balance is manageable with support very readily available. Transparency is encouraged from senior leadership, respectful management style and people are encouraged to share their opinions and contribute to the culture.
Cons
Volatile business strategies that have mixed results, training budget is lacking so existing experience and skill is relied upon for delivery, women could be better represented in senior leadership although there are efforts to improve this as the company grows.
Birthday given as a day off and was never expected to trek all the way out to their head office in Woodbridge. Also sent a nice Christmas hamper style gift, which I've never had in other jobs.
Cons
Small minded and unambitious in areas. A general lack of authenticity at times. The job was sold as something much more interesting than it turned out to be - no desire to utilise modern tools and methodologies either. Very archaic and dinosaur-like approach.
