Good culture with a value set the emphasizes teamwork and lack of ego. Smart people that listen.

Cons

Typical small company things: not enough money or people. Technology stack that is being updated when possible.

Pros

AgileAssets is a great place to work with tons of benefits, including flexible PTO and work from home policies. I have a lot of faith in and respect for senior management. The company lives by core values that go way beyond "the bottom line." AgileAssets meets customer needs and is financially responsible. The company has been around for 25 years for a reason, and I expect will be around for 25 years more.

Cons

While the products need to be updated, I am confident in the direction the company is heading. They are investing a lot in revamping the company image and products.
