Constantly changing work environment and very unclear planning.
This is a very unstable process, it is unpredictable. If anything changes outside of what they "think" is going to happen there is a very quick pointing of the finger to whose fault they think it is.
Everybody is so busy thinking about themselves that nothing ever gets done because the general idea is to figure out who to blame for what on each day. There is a very strong feel that management is just lining their pockets with investors money and preparing to run because every time a investor comes in and is interested in company and end up investing money they never seem to have a penny to spend on any of our future products. We have been nonoperational for almost a year without any improvement in our process.
If we were to go out of business tomorrow even after all of the money overseas investors have invested recently it would not surprise.
