Mid-Size Family business providing space to do, think, grow. huge growth opportunity in the markets it operate in fantastic team spirit pluses of a corporate established business combined with pluses of a start up, agile way of operating that wouldn't exist in a blue-chip company
Cons
room for improvement in implementing more of the "blue-chip" thinking allowing more delegation while keeping strength of agility - fine line, but can always be improved
