Pros
AHMSA is an integrated steel manufacturing chain from carbon mines to rolled flat products. As a Jr. Cost Controller is possible to see how the whole chain works and become an expert from the economic perspective of different processes. Interesting evaluations and studies are carried out at the Controlling department.
Cons
Working at AHMSA could be somewhat difficult for young people, since culture is quite rigid and avarage employee age is around 40 years. However, more young people is exactly what the company needs.
