Pros
Pros
• One of the strongest company cultures I’ve experienced in tech sales. Very trust-based with almost zero micromanagement.
• Leadership genuinely sets the tone from the top down. The CEO, COO, CRO, VPs, and Senior leaders are highly aligned on culture, transparency, and long-term vision.
• Employees are encouraged to take ownership and be creative regardless of title or seniority. Ideas are heard and often acted on.
• The company operates more like a high-performance sports team than the typical “we’re a family” culture. Expectations are transparent and performance standards are clear.
• Very flexible work culture with strong work-life balance. PTO, scheduling, and remote flexibility are handled with a high level of trust and maturity.
• Impressive company growth over the past several years across product, strategy, planning, and overall revenue. The business continues evolving quickly and improving year over year.
• Strong collaboration between departments. Teams feel connected and aligned toward shared goals.
• The company puts a strong emphasis on AI enablement, not only from a product perspective but also from an employee growth perspective. Leadership actively encourages teams to become AI-ready through ongoing training, experimentation, resources, and hands-on learning opportunities. There is a clear focus on future-proofing both the business and the people within it.
Cons
• Brand recognition in the broader adtech/programmatic industry is still growing compared to larger established players.
• Compensation is solid overall, though some roles may still have room for improvement compared to top-tier enterprise tech companies.
• Because the company is growing quickly, processes and structures are still evolving in certain areas.
