      Office location and environment. Benefits. The people in my team and the team spirit we had. Salary was fair.

      CEO who was never visible even though his office was in the London office. Only popped up to read from a script for an ‘employee update’. Severe lack of leadership. He didn’t last long in post. Now rudderless, they find themselves in a lot of difficulty with lack of new business and a number of clients trying to acquire their assets. Stripped of these and an appealing share price performance. The date of Aimia in the UK is bleak.
