People quit this company almost as fast as they get new people in.
Pros
Friendly coworkers Nice hours You can learn some really good industry skills if your starting out but the lack of opportunities to progress them will mean that you'll end up leaving after a year or so for another company.
Cons
There are no Career Opportunities in this place, despite what they say when you start, this is not true If a vacancy comes open they will just hire people from outside the company. (story at the bottom of a current case of this) management hold dozens of unnecessary mandatory meetings during crunch time that will put you behind on work, which then get you in trouble. You wont get paid enough to pay your rent but there's lots of Pizza Parties at least (This is a pro If you really Like pizza) EXTREMELY stressful work environment, people who suffer from depression/ anxiety often develop health issues brought about by stress. If you end up being put on the night shift I hope the extra £55 (%5) per month pay rise was worth it. You will regularly be "asked" to work weekends Your hard work is never givent praise They will tell you that there are opportunities to progress at the job interview, however recently some of us have found out a Job vacancy to higher position (someone quitting) was and still is being kept secret from us, they actually told members of middle management specifically no to tell us. (because it would cost money to interview those of us that are interested)
