Mostly easy-going environment, complex projects, great people, decent salaries.
Cons
Benefits package lackluster compared to similar companies, company's health care contributions don't help employees with families, company slow to respond to new trends in technology.
Ward (the owner) is a great boss and knows a lot about the industry. He's been doing web development at the highest level for a long time and he knows his stuff. Also, the atmosphere is very laid back and friendly. The standard is very high, and this is the top echelon of web development, but you will learn a lot and work with some really cool developers/designers/managers.
Cons
Project timelines and milestones are sometimes incongruous, clients can be of the "from hell" variety, but not moreso than other development shops really.
