      Huge potential ruined by awful management

      Pros

      Interesting space and company mission. We were doing something truly ambitious and groundbreaking.

      Cons

      The Aberdeen office was a shambles from a management perspective. Extremely poor planning and the main decision makers didn’t care about their employees, considering them simply a resource to squeeze. During my time there I could witness several cases of work-related mental health issues.

      Great workplace

      Pros

      - I am part of a software product team which consists of a spit between the Fornebu and Aberdeen offices. - Good collaboration between locations and equipped if/ when I need to work from home. - Office in both locations is high standard. - There is opportunities to travel across locations (business justified). - No discrimination on gender, nationality, religion or race - come as you are! - Company is focused on attracting good people whilst retaining and growing existing employees.

      Cons

      The majority of our customer base at the moment is involved in dirty oil. Hope as Aize grows we can become more involved with the transition to renewables or reducing carbon with existing or new customers.
