      Good work-life balance. Not much else.

      Pros

      I get to spend a lot of time with family as usually can leave early on must days as there is not much to do. Nice people all around.

      Cons

      Static job, not much new to learn. Opportunities are limited as all sales go to government contract so one's contribution is limited.

      yearly bonus, Air tickets, medical insurance, 30 days leave per year

      Cons

      No career growth (extremely hard), excellent long term plans but poor implementation. Lots of inter-dept politics.
