DO NOT WORK HERE

Pros

I only work here because I need a job. If you're an armed guard, if you get lucky to get a 7-8 hour shift, then you should be ok. Most of the supervisors are good people.

Cons

Unarmed guards will hardly make any money unless you're on a "special" site. If you "mess" up and it's not your fault, then you will still get punished for it and you will lose your hours. That's if you make any hours in the first place. If you work there for over a year and believe that you've earned vacation hours, be ready part-timers, you have to work at least 37.50 hours throughout the previous year and most of their sites doesn't even offer that. So although you will get your vacation time, you just won't be getting paid for it after a year of service. Everything is done through email. It's frustrating enough to call a company and have to talk to a computer, but now you have to deal with email. It will take at least 2-3 days before they respond, IF they do. Overall, I wouldn't give this company even 1 star, but that's the lowest the site has.
