Pros
The biggest pro that I can give is that my time there pushed me into working for myself. Yes, there was PTO, health insurance and the occasional company sponsored lunch but it does not outweigh the cons.
Cons
I am not even sure where to start but let's just say I suffer from PTSD and have anxiety at the idea of working in another office even several years after leaving. Employees were managed via reading incoming and outgoing emails. This "email reviewing" management style resulted in not having a meeting with my boss for three years. No reviews, no inclusion in meetings relevant to my job. They lack creativity and are happy being mediocre. Innovation was not encouraged and new technology was absent.
