We take our contractual obligations seriously and ensure that all terms of employment, including compensation and working conditions, are clearly outlined in the contract agreed upon at the time of joining.
Our policies, including salary structures and working hours, are based on the country from which an employee is hired, not the location of our headquarters. These details were communicated before joining, and acceptance of the role indicated agreement with these terms. We have fully honoured our obligations by providing everything you were rightfully entitled to under your contract, and any additional claims beyond what is contractually owed are not the company’s responsibility.
Unfortunately, you chose to abruptly quit the organization without prior discussion or fulfilling the required notice period. While we respect each employee’s decisions, we encourage open communication and adherence to company policies to maintain a professional and collaborative work environment.
