Parent Company are apalling - know nothing about Education, and treat staff poorly.

Staff in the school are committed and generally pretty good.

Cons

Too much cost cutting from parent company. Salaries have not increased in last 5 years, even though cost of living has. Housing allowance has been slashed by 40%... you can't afford a family house on a family allowance... ALL families are trying to leave.
