      Flexible with hours Fun work environment Fast passed New task on a daily bases The pay was competitive

      Long hours (7am-6pm) Not everyone is at the same level of communication Customers are pushy/rude having to deal with warranty companies on a daily bases no real breaks for lunch ( the busiest time was during lunch and after 5)
