Pros

- Easy tasks - Friendly colleagues - Good for newbies with no work experience

Cons

- They call Alensa like an international company, but they only speak Czech between them, excluding the foreigners. - Lots of gossips between the "leaders" which represents lack of professionalism. - They offer you a nice position with a nice "title" but at the end you will be only a call center agent. - Your ideas are not considered at all. - Your "leader" will be a girl who has no idea of what leadership is, terrible personal presentation and she does not communicate in a professional matter. - There´s no escalation process, so employees have to take all the responsibility. Everything is like a high school. - CEO only thinks about revenue and his employees are treated just like call center robots. Where is the motivation and career growth? - They say the company is growing fast but in the end, they are just hiring people and then firing them for no reason. - Employees never know what is happening with the company. - The atmosphere is toxic, you can feel how bored people are. - CEO wants everything cheap, for customers and employees. Where is price for quality? -Nothing is planned. - All good reviews are fake because management asks employees to write them.

Pros

You get to work indepented and get a full experience of the whole market (everything from researching logisitc options to Adwards to customer service to SEO).

Cons

The management is done poorly and the there is almost no training, the market resaerch will you have to improvice. Even if you complain that things is not working will the manager not see this as important and even tell you that you are behaving badly. Even problems with important things like payment method, logistic solution and customer service guide lines is not something the management want to imporve. Not a recommended company for Swedish speakers.

A bunch of High school bullies

Pros

Flexible work time, home office from time to time, bonus on salary

Cons

The management is extremely young and inexperienced and it shows. They have lots of young Czechz in leadership positions who clearly have no idea about what leadership really is, which results in a very stressful work environment with regards to bullying, gossip and fear mongering. If you're not Czech you're constantly being monitorized and undermined. Your skills don't matter, and you Can only get ahead if you "know someone". In fact, if you're too good at something, it's Seen As a bad thing. In time, this kind of environment makes you realize why you should've chosen a bigger corporation in The first place. Czechs always defend each other, even if they do something wrong themselves, and The company isn't As international As it proclaims itself to be. If you object to something, or try to behave on equal terms, you end Up being bullied. Even if you never object to anything, The management is always extremely suspicious Of you, probably because they themselves Lie a lot. The job Can be easily done from home but people Are kept in the office in order to be constantly monitored. Every little break you take is monitored and you must do overtime. Lunch is in front Of The laptop. Classic micromanagement.
