Health coverage for your and your family.

Cons

Working a weekend and availability on holidays were required! But in my case, I've been working both weekends, and most holidays! The treatment here is unfair! Employees fight for the manager's attention, do whatever it takes to get treated better, which means not working on holidays even on weekends!
