      Wonderful Company

      Pros

      Alertive is a very inclusive company with very friendly staff. While working there I felt that at any time that I needed advice or help in any way, help was available.

      Cons

      Due to the nature of Covid and remote working I was unable to meet the whole team however multiple work events were set up which helped alleviate this problem.

      Pros

      Management are supportive and ensure that staff have a voice and are valued. A lot of emphasis on employee engagement including numerous social activities and get together to increase morale. Staff are knowledgeable in their domain and happy to share the knowledge. Very welcoming and trusting environment, allow people to work with autonomy to achieve the best result. Genuine passion for the product and the workforce.

      Cons

      Tight deadlines often backed up, no real downtime between releases although this is being worked on. Adhoc requests can sometimes cause a domino effect and delay, although this is well managed and communicated throughout the business.

      Alertive feels like a place where I can contribute to something meaningful and my contribution is recognised. The culture is inclusive

      Cons

      I feel like the Company isn't generally well known outside of its target market. Nothing else that I feel needs adding here.
