Constantly micromanaged, toxic work environment, management refused to listen to their team and incredibly easy to burnout due to stress.

Benefit for staffs is decreasing year by year Leadership team need improvement much Unfair

During the COVID time they recruited a lot of mid-senior management whos added value is not very clear, and many have a low management skills causing processes to work really slow. There's no real company culture, it's a "come-to-work" company, no more than that. Many employees are not comfortable with presenting new and fresh ideas but rather act as a "Yes Sir" guys.

Return to office 5 days. A huge mistake. The office morale is at an all time low and seems like everyone has one foot out the door. There is no benefit to agility or collaboration when 90% of your meetings are virtual. Doesn’t help that there are still a ton of remote senior leaders which clearly have exceptions. Believe it or not we do work on the days we work from home

Messy organization New processes get implemented constantly without addressing all the stakeholders beforehand. None or minimal opportunities for work from home
