For the first few days you are their guest like treatment.
Cons
- Alot of Exploitation , they will ask you to sit and work for extra hours orderly like they own you. -Fake promises to interns that but in reality when someone performs good they start comparisons with others and makes a person feel bad and intentionally reduce the salary. -Single washroom for both male and female. -HR scolds interns like they are students of school, like no company has right to yell on anyone especially as an HR -The COO is the honey like talker but never appreciates the person who do hardwork for them. -Seniors with attitude , whenever you try to ask something they will reply you after 2-3 hrs but want your reply in 5 mins.
