      - Managers are bullies - Owner is a bully By far the most toxic environment I ever worked in.

      Pros

      Relaxed ambient 20% staff discount Perfect for somebody who doesn't care about the job but just want to sit at the desk. No special skills required

      Cons

      Unprofessional and abusive management, swearing is recurring among the management. Sexual harassment is the norm so is mobbing. In terms of work itself there is no performance review. To say that career advancement is slow is an understatement, better to say it's impossible.
