Pros

The members of the team are skilled and interested in career advancement. Jamie Izaks is a good mentor and invites leadership with the freedom to make mistakes.

Cons

Starting pay is extremely low for the industry. Don't be seduced by the promise of raises -- raises are frequent but small. All Points management uses the same flattery on everyone. Don't be fooled by special compliments on the offer call (they're the same for everyone) or "unheard of percentage raises" during your review (everyone hears this). When Lauren Izaks says she had to "twist Jamie's arm" it usually means there's a lie and she argued to gyp you. There is a wide disconnect between management and staff: staff are young, driven twenty-somethings commuting 1+ hours from Chicago with no disposable income, while management come from wealthy families and take long, luxurious vacations. The work culture is driven by fear and threat; being fired is woven into both jokes and policies. The company boasts rapid hiring but the truth is there is high turn over and people are pushed out. In true PR fashion, the company attempts to bury and hide their history. Do your research before accepting a position.

Learn a lot but at what cost

Pros

You’re thrown into account responsibilities from the start and given exposure to clients which can be good when you’re early in your career (which most everyone is, 95% of employees are recent grads). The young workplace can be nice at times and fosters some support but ultimately showcases the leaders’ inability to hire more experienced (and expensive) talent.

Cons

Don’t be fooled by the “fun culture” and free meals. The culture consists of a work horse mentality which while not always verbally stated by the leaders, will expect you to work late and on weekends to meet impossible expectations. You would think the reward for such hard work would be better compensation or a promotion, but sadly if you are not marked as one of the favorites by management your advancement opportunities will remain stagnant or minimal at best. The culture also consists of unprofessional interactions from the founders and some managers, creating an environment that can feel quite toxic and lacking boundaries. The biggest downside is turnover. Teams are constantly changing every month to account for it, making things feel unstable pretty much all the time and affecting everyones work.

Pros

I can’t think of a single positive thing to say about this place.

Cons

My experience at this company has been nothing short of abysmal. The salary is disappointingly low and not enough to meet basic living expenses. The owner has a habit of openly discussing employees’ personal business with the rest of the team, which is highly unprofessional and creates a hostile work environment. The wages are unlivable, making it impossible to feel secure or valued. The constant threats of being watched create an atmosphere of fear and mistrust. There is absolutely no room for growth or advancement, leaving employees stuck in dead-end positions. The HR department is utterly ineffective and fails to address any concerns, further contributing to the toxic environment. Overall, this workplace is miserable, miserable, miserable. I would not recommend it to anyone.
