Pros
Laid back atmosphere, you get to work hand and hand with the owner, everyone knows one another
Cons
The "trainer" does not know how to train at all, and greatly contributes to workplace gossip and mistreatment. Terrible insurance. They say you get a yearly bonus, but there is no structure to who gets what. they give the large amounts to the favorites and then the others just get a few dollars, regardless of how hard and how much overtime you worked throughout the year
