-Vince the owner is one of the most inspirational and intelligent people you will ever meat -Develop very close family like relationships with co-workers -Laid back and creative office environmnet -Great earning potential 700+/week -Meet new people every single day -Develop great connections
Cons
-Extremely long hours. You are only required to work from 9-6 but most times you won't meet your goal by then and will need to stay much later if you want to hit your goal -You pay your trainees out of pocket -A lot of traveling all over the valley and no mileage reimbursement -All commission based pay -Only Sundays off
