Communication is haphazard at best, with important information often being withheld or delivered last minute. This lack of transparency creates an environment of constant confusion and frustration. Furthermore, the management team demonstrates a blatant disregard for the well-being and rights of their employees. I have personally witnessed multiple instances of unfair treatment, including favoritism, unequal pay, and the complete disregard for work-life balance. The company's leadership shows little regard for fostering a positive and supportive work environment. In addition to the management's shortcomings, the company's internal systems and processes are archaic and inefficient. Basic tools and resources required for day-to-day tasks are either unavailable or outdated, making it nearly impossible to perform at one's best. This lack of investment in essential infrastructure severely hampers productivity and contributes to an overall sense of frustration and stagnation. Moreover, the company's ethical standards are highly questionable. I have witnessed instances where All Talent Company prioritizes profits over the well-being and satisfaction of both employees and clients. Finally, I must address the lack of opportunities for professional growth and advancement within All Talent Company. Despite promises of career development, I have observed a stagnant and limited growth trajectory for employees. In conclusion, I strongly advise against associating with All Talent Company, whether as an employee or client. The management's disorganization, lack of professionalism, and disregard for employee well-being create a toxic work environment. The outdated systems and questionable ethics only exacerbate the already dire situation. Spare yourself the frustration and disappointment by seeking alternatives to All Talent Company. Strange kind of deduction Technic this people are coming up each and every day . Fo example if your volume is high then you will be charged 100 rupees by the management and will be deducted from salary like seriously. If any employee is drinking tea often then will asked to not to have as there budget is shaken AC should be on 24 only if lower then will should the employee and make them feel as if they have created a big crime. Salary slip is so amazing in which there are no tax deduction no employees can prove that it's a valid salary to anyone. Experience in this company is never count . Request to the people if they planning for internship or to be employee in the company then that will be the one of the worst decision. Salary earlier was paid in an envelope. CEO will always tell you that all employees are like family and make sure on family name exploit you everytime. Will ask to work on weekend , will always asked to cancel you plan and give priority to work. There is no work balance. They have so called Mangement in which employee are less then age of 25 years . They have just passed out from the college infact some are even in college and working at the same time, they have a attitude like a kid , they fight for their chair that serious residuals. And this people handle the Management. Pathetic Company to work with and there are so many unhappy client. CEO and Management is always greedy for money and no emotion towards employee work.
