      Pros

      They have great, caring, loyal people working for them

      Cons

      They make it seem as though you can advance professionally but that's false. There's a cap in your advancement abilities. You're left in the same brokerage position and they just try to throw more money at you. Sadly, because it's mostly Jewish-owned, you will never be able to reach any top level management positions. These positions seem to be reserved solely for those in that community.

      A good stepping-stone opportunity. Some departments are hybrid and or fully remote.

      Cons

      There is no guidance or assistance from your managers. You will have to learn the process on your own.
