management plays favorites and continues to put those favorites in leadership positions regardless of performance bounced from client to client with no choice, tough to maintain relationships or credibility with candidates little room for promotability acquisition changed this company from minute one office politics very poor communication from top down. there is a lot that goes on behind closed doors between a select few that most employees will never hear about yet effects them greatly on a day to day basis social habits play a role in relationships with managers which is unheard of in many cases.
