Pros

Great social events for employees

Cons

Unless you’re a recruiter there isn’t much progression and the pay is quite low . They don’t really care about your career development .Colleagues can also be quite rude and condescending. Also not very diverse .

Pros

They have good social events

Cons

One of the most toxic jobs I had the displeasure of working. The admin role is low pay (£25k) for the work, stress and hours you are doing, especially for London. Some of the consultants are lovely but there are few with very big egos who can't take "no" for an answer and understand that your role is not just about them. I had the displeasure of working with Liam who had the audacity to go on a tirade at me for a mistake HE made.

Pros

Great bunch of people, loads of fun events, very sociable, excellent career opportunities for recruiters, work hard play hard, treat their support team quite well, can have close relationship & communication with senior management which is valuable - they listen to feedback from all levels of the business. GREAT place for a recruitment consultant starting out who's willing to work hard and be rewarded, or a support team member who wants a fun place to work and doesn't mind lack of progression.

Cons

Very tough targets, leavers disappear rather abruptly, don't always value support team (not really any career opportunities there and paid a fraction of the recruiter salaries) and can overly focus on the bottom line, senior managers want to be your friend but that can be complicated
