Pros
Some of the people you work with are great and easy to get along with. There are several very smart and helpful employees who are a pleasure to get to know.
Cons
Management is not good at all. Project management is lacking to say the least, things are forgotten and go out late and the managers are not held responsible. No advancement opportunities for employees or even basic training. If you want to move up, don't expect it to happen at all, much less quickly and certainty don't expect to be compensated for your effort. The manager is rude to and mistreats his employees and the owner knows yet continues to do nothing about it, even when good employees leave. It seems as long as the pictures they take for their website turn out decent, they don't think there's anything wrong with the company. The sick/ Covid policy doesn't seem to pertain to the manager as he comes in sick all the time and the employees find out after the fact that there has been an outbreak in the office. Lastly, the nepotism in the Columbia branch is very apparent, they continue to hire unqualified people who receive special treatment daily because of their last name.
