Conflicting instructions from the top, daily war within the office, questionable treatment to all staffs. 1 step forward, 3 steps back.

Free water and Colleagues are friendly.

Cons

The middle layer here is in a tough spot: full accountability, zero authority, because micromanagement from the top is too heavy. That’s why all the good people are leaving — leadership cannot get aligned. On top of that, office politics are very bad, benefits are weak, and the team is just burnt out every day.
