Alma Lasers will lure all new employees in with fancy National Sales Meetings and try to brain wash you that their product is great. THEIR PRODUCTS ARE MEDIOCRE AT BEST WITH LOTS OF ISSUES Management is terrible as they don't support their local reps

Where do I even start.. this company will retaliate against you heavily if you report harassment or refuse to "drink the koolaid." The most unprofessional company I have ever worked for. The people they put into management will micromanage and put you down constantly and it feels like you are walking on eggshells all the time. The area sales manager pay structure completely changed and it is not fair for the amount of work they put in. Be ready to work fro 7 am to 10 pm... and if you're not working all the time.. you will get in trouble for it.. They will check your calendar everyday and ask you thousands of questions as to why you're not doing better. If you're a top performer.. THEY DONT CARE. They will STILL FIRE YOU if you do not parade around worshiping at their feet. Lots of drugs, everyone sleeps around (even married,) and you WILL be sexually harassed. A lot of women are scared to speak up because they know the company WILL fire you. I don't understand how this company is still running.
