*Unrealistic working conditions
*newly hired analyst are expected to “clean up” the methods they inherit from their predecessor
*analytical instrumentation is outdated snd new hires are expected to do regular maintenance
No corporate brainwashing. The operations manager and owner are very kind and hard working.
Cons
The breakdown of communication and laboratory review protocols. Laboratory supervisors are permitted to practice double standards in their treatment of employees. Politics and political jargon was spewed in the workplace environment. Fellow lab analyst were allowed to dress unprofessionally and behave in manipulative ways such as slandering past employees to the owner and being overly sensitive and entitled. Fellow lab cohorts and managers are passive aggressive in their style of communication. Responses are indirect and time wasting.
