      Good working conditions, nice colleagues, understanding supervisors in case you have to go earlier or don't come one day

      Cons

      They don't encourage you to progress, the remuneration is so under the same position on the market and if you get an increase it is ridiculous

      Management, Salary, work like a mule even in weekends, overtime not paid.
