If you like being lied to and want to work a job for $9.00 an hour. It's a bunch of bogos.
Cons
Nothing . They lie to you from the start until you figure out what it really is. Sad they string you along like this.

At first it was fun to learn new marketing systems and talk to people inside store. Then it was draining...
Cons
You go to morning meetings in the am every day (including weekends). They stress that you don't need to worry about how much you sell, but if you don't sell the required amount you can't move forward. Biz has a ton of turnover, in 6 months I saw about 20 people leave. For $9 an hour and the "possibility" of owning a business, it's not worth it. Like a pyramid scheme you don't have to pay money too.
