      Pros

      Some employees are genuinely nice people I felt sorry for them.

      Cons

      - No Salary - You are self-employed - Long working hours - They say that they do not control how many hours you work, well you are self-employed, what's the point in joining them in the first place (There is only one winner) - Marketing? - Just sales nothing else - Brainwashing practices - The people leading you are matched intentionally to you by personality and similarities and will try to befriend you. - At least two workers are living with the CEO (Alarm bells) - They are called Credico and open up businesses with different names (Google it)

      Pros

      Positive people to work with.

      Cons

      You basically have to sacrifice most aspects of your life for this role, you go on assessment day and see the entry level but then get promised the world after that. The only thing is you have to literally work 13 hour days some times, pay for all your transport and food, and not earn anything some days. Nowhere on the website was this advertised as commission only. You see new people getting employed daily and people quitting daily. Mad job all in all and really wish I hadn’t wasted my time.

      Pros

      They will give almost anybody a job. If they are willing to work on commission.

      Cons

      They don’t tell you it is commission work until you have spent over in the region of 6 hour of your time going through the interview/ Work observation process which you will be expected to pay for your own travel throughout. And then assuming you are willing to work on commission (I’m not knocking it I did it for over 6 months) you will be expected to be in work for around 72 hours a week.
