      Pros

      Better than being unemployed, I guess.

      Cons

      A bad culture and work environment with a complete lack of integrity (even though they try hard to remind you otherwise). There is also a constant turnover of employees. Except for a few bad apples, almost everyone I met was actively trying to leave the company for a better opportunity.

      It's employment. Consider working here if you need a job desperately and they hire you.

      Cons

      Good old boys club. Most employees are white men. The company culture reflects this. Slurs and general vitriol out of the mouths of managers and employees is too frequent to ignore. The company culture is toxic. The amount of waste and inefficiency even at the lowest level of government contracting is actually disturbing. Hundreds of people seemingly do not complete any actual work, or even show up for work, yet still remain on payroll.
